Super Smoothing Facial Scrub
I just got the opportunity to use the products of Noirliliana, all-natural cosmetics, skin and body care handmade right here in the midwest in Illinois! I spent the past few weeks trying several items from the growing Noirliliana line:
{Clean Rinsing Cleansing Oil} If you wear color cosmetics chances are, your regular soap isn’t cutting it when it comes to removing all the residue. A couple of drops of this cleansing oil is all you need to rinse away all the day’s impurities. The natural oils blended to create this product softens and enriches your skin, has natural anti-bacterial properties, and won’t make you break out. It has a citrus scent, and doesn’t leave your skin feeling the least bit tight, or greasy after using it. The 4 oz bottle is $12.50.
{Super Smoothing Facial Scrub} Another great product...it has a pleasant citrus smell, and is made with white tea, essential oils, organic cocoa butter and vitamins C and E. Years ago, I learned men “naturally” exfoliate when they shave, but women should use a product to refresh their skin’s texture a few days a week. I used this scrub after washing my face every two days to exfoliate. The white sugar in the scrub dissolves naturally as you use it, and it’s just the right amount of “grit” without over shooting the mark. When refrigerated, the product should last you 3-4 months...this generous 11 oz portion is $14 well spent!
{All Over Mineral Color Lipstick and Eyeshadow in Posh} It’s a keeper! It has SPF and leaves just the slightest bit of shimmer and a beautiful mauvey-wine color. It’s great for day or night wear, and comes in a wind-up black tube so you can carry it in your pocket easily. It does have a wonderful tingly minty-fresh natural flavor–however, because of that, I found my eyelids were a little too sensitive for the “all-over” application. With my fair complexion, I have no business wearing mauve eyeshadow in the first place, so I can’t complain! It’s available in a handful of colors at a budget-friendly $4 a tube.
{Cold Process Scented Moisturizing High Lather Bar Soap} When you see this bar of soap, you may not want to use it but rather just keep it out on your bathroom counter top for show! Like a little work of handmade art, chocolate-hued swirls accent the outer edges of this handmade 4 oz (approximate) bar. Once you use it though, you won’t regret it. It lives up to its name in the lather department and has a natural honey scent. This soap’s blend of goat’s milk, natural oils, oatmeal and shea butter is full of skin soothing and softening properties. Artisan soaps run quite a bit more than your average retail brand. That being said, this bar is perfectly priced at $3.

What you put on your skin ends up in your body. I truly feel being closer to nature will bring out the best in our skin and our overall being. I enjoy natural scents over fragrance oils but I do offer fragrances due to the demand. I specialize in facial skincare and will have an ever growing line.

I’m a single mother and I used to do zinc electro plating. When I became pregnant with my first child I began my journey of healthier living. Since I couldn't work at a job with so many chemicals while I was pregnant, I needed to find other ways of making a living while the same time living more healthy. I decided that natural was best all around once I learned about our cosmetics industry.
The quality in skincare you buy at the department store was unmatched to the quality in a homemade product. I wanted the best and I felt everyone needed to know that they needed the best too. I began creating and using all of my products. With trial and error I have created wonderful all natural products that I feel good about using and sharing.
When we buy a cosmetic product it sits in a warehouse then a shelf for up to 1-2 years before the consumer purchases it. Most vitamins and organics do not have a natural shelf life this long. And no preservative can make them last longer. Preservatives help keep the bacteria from forming once the organics break down. Many people do not know this. I look forward to every day knowing that I am helping create a better life for people with good, natural products and a better general knowledge of cosmetics.

I love my skincare, the one thing that I feel I truly need is my Super Smoothing Facial Scrub. It gets me smooth in a second and leaves my skin soft, yet not greasy. Us oily-complexioned girls need that! I would also have to say I am quite fond of Manic Panic's False Eyelashes. They always give my eyes that needed pop especially for special occasions.
