Obsessive compulsive house flipper turned designer Jeff Lewis has extended the auction for the self portrait that hangs over his desk and can be seen throughout Bravo's Flipping Out. The painting, which was done by Samantha Ollstein and commissioned by Bravo in 2008, was put up for sale when the season 3 finale aired on Oct. 20. Ollstein is the same artist that Lewis hired to create a portrait of housekeeper Zoila Chavez for her birthday.
Bidding originally ended on Oct. 28 at 11:59 p.m., but has now been extended to Nov. 4 at 11:59 p.m. If you are interested in purchasing this piece of reality TV memorabilia, email your bid, along with your name and telephone number, to auction@jefflewisdesign.com.
As of Oct. 30, the highest bid was $2,400. All proceeds of the sale will go to the animal rescue organizations where Lewis adopted his dogs, Chris and Casey.
