The Lodge at Blue Lakes is hosting the first-ever weekend Kamp K9: A weekend of activities for guests and their dogs.

On Friday night, guests arrive to a cheese-and-wine reception and the no-host Saketini Bar will be open. Dinner is be a campfire mixer with hotdogs, hamburgers and the ever-popular, s'mores.

Saturday begins with a continental breakfast and then the guests and their dogs head out for a hike and swim at Lake Mendocino. Box lunches will be provided. Saturday afternoon activities include kayaking and swimming with dogs on beautiful Blue Lakes.

The evening round outs with a sunset cruise and a BBQ chicken dinner. The weekend finishes up with a Champagne brunch on Sunday and a final chance to spend time with other dog lovers.
