Carol Terracina-Hartman’s work with rescue began in 2002 after a chance meeting with a pooch and a Puppy Love Rescue Volunteer in a parking lot. Since then she has fostered 15 dogs. Now, Kae and Spice are her permanent companions, but they always welcome the next foster pup. A professional journalist, Carol’s work airs on Capital Public Radio and prints in The Business Journal, Comstock’s Business magazine, UltraRUNNING and others.
