Boston University has released their 2009-2010 schedule and the defending National Champions are set to raise the NCAA banner in a ceremony before their home opener against Notre Dame on Tuesday, October 20. Also included on the schedule is the hotly-anticipated outdoor game at Fenway PArk against Boston College on Saturday, January 8. The two teams will face off at 7:30 p.m. after a matinee game between the women's teams from UNH and Northeastern at 4:00 p.m. Tickets for Hockey East at Fenway Park will go on sale on September 17 at noon. One ticket will be good for both games and prices are reportedly going to start at just $5. Check out Tickets.com for more info.

According to Chad Finn of the Boston Globe, 15 UMass Amherst hockey games are going to be broadcast on ESPN Radio (WAMG 890) this season. This is the first time in 10+ years that Minutemen hockey games will be broadcast in the Boston area.
