On Friday, Hollyscoop.com got from Star Magazine that Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard were engaged, only to say moments later that the rumor was 100% false. For LC's fans, its' a relief but it's not. Any
one devoted to Lauren Conrad will tell you that Lauren and Kyle will tie the knot eventually, but seem to play it off as a rumor for the time being. As Lauren moves on from The Hills, Lauren's fans see the Lauren Conrad they once knew fade away. Some of LC's fans wonder why Lauren's working so hard to be unrecognizable, like doing a shoot last week for Harper's Bazaar where she sported a 60's dark-haired wig, as celebrity-gossip.net reported over the weekend. Does Lauren want privacy that bad? If that's the case, how does Lauren possibly want to stay on camera? Lauren's fans see her as someone who shares intimate details about their life to the whole world, and puts a smile on her face in spite of troubles that randomly surface. But the big question Lauren's fans are all wondering, is jumping out the spotlight for a so-called private life and a desire to spend more time with your boyfriend the wise thing to do? Is Lauren Conrad becoming Britney Spears lite, only without the tabloid turmoil or mental breakdowns? How many more sleepless nights do Lauren's fans need of her fading away and turning into an obscure celebrity (ordinary citizen)? Does Lauren Conrad really want this? Or is Lauren just in love with the idea of a life off-camera with someone who doesn't want to be known as a reality star? Whatever questions a Lauren Conrad fan has, they're yet to be answered. The only thing an LC fan can do is guess, speculate, or hope that Lauren stays available for just a little bit longer, publicly and personally.
