                                                Mango Chutney

Yes, I am an ethnic gourmet cook, and I also cheat as much as I can. Meaning, if I can find a shortcut, then the means justify the end. While I have explored some foods that require little or no work on your part to turn them into extraordinary meals, I'm listing below my top ten for you to sample:

1. Lentil Soup from Progresso, with a little help.

2. Beignet Mix from Café du Monde

3. Heat & Serve - from a variety of sources

4. Pumpkin Flan - using Goya's Flan mix

5. Tabbouleh - using Sadaf or equivalent Tabbouleh mix

6. Korean Green Onion Pancakes - from A & C Supermarket

7. Pho Vietnamese cubes from Han Yang Supermarket

8. Halvah with pistachios, from Sahadi Imports

And these will make their way into my pages in the coming year:

9.  Pad Thai using Kikkoman seasoning mix

10. Mango Chutney from Wegman's

To Your Health!!
