The Met Costume Institute Gala took place last night and A-list celebrities and fashion figures were out in droves we needed a part two to bring you the best and most interesting of the night. The color of the night was undoubtedly cobalt blue with celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Blake Lively, and Cindy Crawford in the rich color as well as Liv Tyler (pictured).
The event, co chaired by Marc Jacobs, Kate Moss, Justin Timberlake, and Anna Wintour was had a super model theme with a presentation of the greatest supermodels photographed by the greatest photographers.
It was an opportunity to shine on the red carpet in something you may not dare where to the Oscars or the Grammys - it was fashion's moment of the highest kind.
Rihanna made her first red carpet appearance since her media crazed incident with Chris Brown and the star was absolutely lovely in a Dolce & Gabbana tuxe. Ciara was divine in a body clinging, black and white Emilio Pucci gown that showed off her hard figure; Marion Cotillard wore a nude John Galliano for Dior gown that was stunning; and Eva Longoria Parker was exquisitely clad in a sternum baring Diane von Furstenberg gown and eye popping neckpiece.
The 2009 Met Costume Gala saw the most celebrities and fashion figures of past events.
