Elliot Bay Book CompanyBarbara Brotherton, the Seattle Art Museum curator of Native American art, will discuss the new exhibit "S'abedeb/ The Gifts:  Pacific Coast Salish Art and Artists" and the exhibit catalog that has the same name at 6:30 p.m. (free).

Tuesday, December 16th

Barnes and Noble, University Village:  Mystery author Alan Jacobson will discuss his new book The 7th Victim at 7:30 p.m. (free).

Elliot Bay Book CompanyLocal author Rikki Ducornet will read from her new book The One Marvelous Thing at 7:30 (free).

Wednesday, December 17th

Barnes and Noble, University Village:  Popular mystery author J.A. Janice will read from and sign her new book Cruel Intent at 7:30 p.m. (free).

Elliot Bay Book Company:  Lawrence Weschler will read from his two books Seeing is Forgetting the Name of the Thing One Sees and True to Life:  Twenty-Five Years of Conversations with David Hockney at 7:30 p.m. (free).

Thursday, December 18th

University Book Store (Mill Creek)A holiday story reading of Truman Capote's "A Christmas Memory" will take place at 7:30 p.m. (free).
