 Monday, November 17th: Elliot Bay Book Company: Benjamin Parzybok will discuss his novel Couch at 7:30 p.m.  Third Place Books (Bothell):  Tomie dePaola will read from and sign his book Brava, Strenga Nona! at 10 a.m.  Town Hall:  Jonathon Curiel will discuss his book Al'America at 7:30 p.m. (tickets are $5) 

Tuesday, November 18thTacoma Public Library:  Paul Bannick will discuss and sign his book The Owl and the Woodpecker at 7 p.m.  Third Place Books (Bothell):  Max Power will discuss his book America's Nuclear Wasteland: Politics, Accountability and Cleanup at 7 p.m.  University Bookstore: Jesse Rekla will read from and sign his book Night of Your Life at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, November 19th:  Seattle Public Library, Ballard Branch:  Jay Spencer will discuss his book The Airplane:  How Ideas Gave Us Wings at 6:30 p.m.  Barnes and Noble (University Village):  Irene M. Pepperberg will discuss and sign her book Alex & Me at 7:30 p.m.  Seattle Symphony, Benaroya Hall:  Annie Leibovitz will present a slide show and discussion of her new work at 7:30 p.m. (tickets are $25-60) Elliot Bay Book Company:  Poet/ Biologist Thor Hanson will discuss his book The Impenetrable Forest:  My Gorilla Years in Uganda at 7:30 p.m.  Town Hall:  Robert Laughlin will read from and sign his book The Crime of Reason:  And the Closing of the Scientific Mind at 7:30 p.m. (tickets are $5) Spitfire:  Poetry Slam (open mic) at 8 p.m.

Thursday, November 20th:  Third Place Books (Bothell):  Donna Hillbert will discuss her book Green Season at 7 p.m.  Parkplace Books:   Helen Thayer will discuss her book Walking the Gobi at 7 p.m.  Seattle Public Library (Central):  Living Lecture Series presents Henry James (portrayed by Humanities scholar John D. Anderson) at 7 p.m. 

Friday, November 21st:  Third Place Books (Bothell):   Jennifer McLagan will discuss her book Fat: An Appreciation of a Misunderstood Ingredient, with Recipes at 6:30 p.m.  Elliot Bay Book Company:  Carol Miller will discuss her book Lola's Luck:  Life Among the California Gypsies at 7:30 p.m.
