Montgomery County Public Libraries

The Indian Valley Public Library and Harleysville Books will host a Meet The Authors Night on Friday October 9th from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m at the library on 100 E. Church Street, Telford, PA. This event is free and open to the public and will include a talk, a Q & A session, and conclude with a book signing.

Participating Authors for this event:

Kelly Simmons, whose novel, Standing Still, was named one of Simon and Schuster's Top Book Club Picks for 2009.  Simmons will be talking about "5 Ideas to invigorate your book club (or your reading life)."

Marie Lamba, whose debut young adult novel, "What I meant ...", has been dubbed "an impressive debut" by Publisher's Weekly.  Lamba will offer and insider's glimpse into how she creates her books.

Jonathan Maberry is a multiple Bram Stoker Award Winner, and whose most recent novel is the zombie-riddled thriller, Patient Zero. Maberry will share sneak peaks into two spine-tingling novels scheduled for publication in 2010: The Dragon Factory (St. Martin's Griffin), and The Wolfman (Tor Books).
