This is Kirtland! is a musical theater production depicting the life and times of Mormon settlers in 1830s Kirtland and is sponsored by the Kirtland Ohio Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Now in its sixth season, This is Kirtland! is an hour-long musical theater production featuring an original script and score, live music, beautiful costumes and sets, and a cast of over 50 volunteer actors of all ages. Thousands have responded to this show with delight and increased faith.
Directed by Nate Johnson, the show is indeed a family affair, with a cast of 58 people (ages 5-71) plus production staff, the company of 69 individuals represents 34 families! Johnson's wife and two of his children are included in this group of theater lovers.

Show times are at 7:30, and doors open at 7:00. Admission is free, but groups of 20 or more are encouraged to make a reservation by calling the Historic Kirtland Visitors Center at 440-256-9805.
All performances are at the Kirtland Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 8751 Kirtland Rd. (State Route 306), Kirtland, Ohio.
