More trouble for Lindsay Lohan: Scientist Jennifer Sunday filed a lawsuit against the actress and her business partner, Lorit Simon, according to US Weekly. No, Lohan didn't crash any cars this time. Sunday alleges that she and SImon were negotiating over samples of the tanning line, Sevin Nyne, but couldn't agree on a price.

Sunday's lawyer, Marcia Cohen, told the St. Petersburg Times, "The next thing we know, Lorit Simon and Lindsay Lohan are partnering, and Ms. Lohan is taking credit for developing this formula, which she indeed had no role in."

So what does Lindsay have to say to all this? As the Mean Girls star is fond of doing, she took to her Twitter page, slamming blogger Perez Hilton: "Leave it to @perezhilton to put out FALSE information. No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne. It's a woman looking for a payday. That's it!" Lohan then tweeted, "Thought he'd of learned his lesson after slamming the entire gay community-@perezhilton karma must be shit. He should look in the mirror," refering to Hilton's run-in with The Black Eyed Peas' Will.I.Am. Oh, Lindsay...
