'Glee' gone until April 2010 to make room for 'American Idol'

FOX announced their mid-season schedule today, and the press release revealed that fan favorite Glee will be off the air until April 2010 to make room for American Idol.

Glee will wrap up its fall run on December 9, and according to NJ.com, will return on Tuesdays after American Idol on April 13. Idol will have its usual two-night premiere on Tuesday, January 12 and Wednesday, January 13.
