Dr. Mark Drapeau is a biological scientist, government consultant, and eclectic writer whose work has appeared online and in print on a variety of topics including the genetic control of animal behavior, social software and national security, and the changing face of media. He is the co-founder of Government 2.0 Club, an international platform for sharing information about how emerging technologies are changing government, and the co-chair of the Gov 2.0 Expo in Washington, DC. He has a B.S. from the University of Rochester, a Ph.D. from the University of California, and conducted postdoctoral training at NYU. Email Dr. Drapeau.
