Miss Conception shares her beauty tips.

Think it’s hard to be a woman, try being a man dressing in drag five nights a week. Miss Conception, the host of Lucky Cheng’s dinner theater at the Harmon Theater, has learned a few tricks of the trade in her years as a drag queen. She shares some of her best tips for looking spectacular, even in drag.

1. Always carry a small can of hairspray with you to stop runs in your hose or tights. Just spray it on the run and it won’t get any worse. Miss Conception uses Aqua Net Extra Super Hold Hairspray.

2. To make your false eyelashes look more realistic, use black bonding glue instead of white. It will look like eyeliner. Miss Conception also suggests putting the bonding glue on a napkin and using a makeup pencil or orange stick to apply it to the false eyelashes. Makes the job much easier.

3. To prevent your face from sweating while your out dancing, apply clear deodorant on your hairline. Then apply your foundation over the top. Miss Conception uses Secret Flawless.

4. To prevent a shiny face, spray your face with hairspray. It even prevents your makeup from running.

5. Make your lips look fuller by applying a white lipgloss to the very center of your lips and then blend, blend, blend. Miss Conception uses Milani Lipgloss.

For more info: Lucky Cheng’s is open Wednesday through Sunday nights at 5:30 p.m. at the Harmon Theater at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort.
