Howell Living History Farm is hosting an Ice Cream Party on July 4th from 10 am to 4 pm. Ice cream will be made the old-fashioned way, starting with blocks of ice from the Farm’s Ice House. The first scoops of ice cream should be ready by noon and will be served until 3:30 pm.
The Bent Spoon, New Jersey Monthly’s pick for Best Ice Cream in Central New Jersey, will be serving up some delectable red, white and blue ice cream on July 4th. Featured flavors will include Sour Cream Cherry Ice Cream, Thomas Jefferson Vanilla and Jersey Blueberry Mascarpone Ice Cream. Saturday summer hours, including July 4th, are 11am to 11pm.
