Mccaffrey’s has fresh Bell & Evans, Organic Eberly and Kosher Empire turkeys available in varying sizes. Preorder until Sunday, November 22nd (longer, if they have turkeys still available.) Pick up until Wednesday, November 25th.

Trader Joe’s has plenty of fresh, brined, all natural turkeys and fresh, Glatt Kosher all natural turkeys in their stores now. The folks at Trader Joe’s say the dripping from the Kosher, brined turkey are too salty to use for gravy, but the all natural one is fine.

Wegmans isn’t taking preorders, but they’ll have fresh turkeys beginning November 14th and organic ones from the 19th. They assure me that the turkeys are vacuum sealed and perfectly safe to bring home that early. They will feature 3 varieties of fresh Jaindl turkey - grand champion, organic and premium holiday plus Wegmans fresh Green Label turkey.
