Princeton’s CoolVines, The Blue Bottle Café and Janet Pouchet, executive sommelier and member of III Somms will be holding a 5 course Fall Harvest Wine Dinner on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:30 pm at The Blue Bottle Café. The cost is $105 per person, all inclusive ($75 Food/$30 Wine).

FIRST COURSE:
Mushroom, Leek and Bleu Cheese Tart with Truffle Reduction
Peter Lehmann Layers, White Blend 2009

SECOND COURSE:
Pepper Crusted Tuna with Roasted Spaghetti Squash, Balsamic and Orange Jus
III Somms Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2007

THIRD COURSE:
Tamarind Braised Short Ribs with Sweet Potato Apricot Israeli Couscous
III Somms Amitie Cuvee 2007

FOURTH COURSE:

Roasted Cervena Venison, Butternut Squash Puree, Dried Cherry Sauce
Chateau Thenac Fleur du Perigord, Bergerac Rouge 2006

FIFTH COURSE:
Duo of Chocolate: Chocolate Brioche and Toffee Bread Pudding with Malt Ice Cream and Chocolate Pot Du Creme
Vinedo Del Los Vientos Alcyone
