Are you looking for a job? Are you not having any luck? Well you are not the only one.

In these tough economic times there are many people in the job market. Right know, employers have the advantage in the job market. Employers have their choice of applicants. Many times employers are receiving hundreds of applicants for a job opening. So how do you compete and get noticed?

Right now it is not good enough to just have a bachelor's or master's degree. You need to have a specialization. Having this specialization will separate you from all of the other applicants. For example, just having a master’s degree will no longer make you stand out from other applicants. You have to have an area of specialization like, finance, accounting or organization and development.

There are many wonderful local colleges that offer excellent degrees that offer graduate degrees with specializations. For example the University of Toledo offers an MBA with specializations in Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, Management, Marketing and Operations Management.

Right now the competition for jobs is at one of the all time highs. People with MBA’s are also looking for jobs and if you do not have a specialization it is going to be tuff to compete.
