Formerly, the Parade of Homes, the Luxury Home Tour is in its final weeks. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 6pm you can explore 27 new homes valued between $1 and $6 million dollars. Instead of concentrating on one area for a single weekend, the Luxury Home Tour spans across the metro area from Niwot to Castle Rock. With luxury homes in area such as Westminster, Broomfield, Golden, Evergreen, Denver, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Littleton, and Parker, there are certainly places near you, especially if you want to save on gas. A ticket is good at all 27 homes until July 5th. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (65 and up), while kids, 12 and younger are free. Purchase tickets at King Soopers or online at: www.denverluxuryhometour.com/tickets

Note, each ticket allows entrance to each home only once, so take pictures and keep notes especially if you’re looking for tips for your own home. Parking is limited, no backpacks, food, drink or dogs are allowed.
