The Miami Herald reports that Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth will plead guilty to DUI manslaughter and is expected to enter a plea deal today.

The deal, which still needs to be approved by Judge Dennis Murphy, would most likely shorten Stallworth's jail sentence.

According to the Miami Herald, it was the Reyes' family who wanted to resolve the case quickly.

Stallworth's lawyer, David Cornwell, maintains that the 28-year-old wide out will play football again.

After the outcome of today, Stallworth still faces a potential suspension from the NFL.
