>The following is an excerpt from an email I sent to Conshohocken Borough councilman Paul McConnell last year:

What is currently at conshohockenpa.org is of little ongoing use to people that live in the town - it is hard to navigate, missing tons of phone numbers, updated infrequently, and unattractive. The public works phone number isn't listed, the mayor and council people haven't been updated in ages, most of the site is in PDF format which is a huge mistake - many older people get confused by PDFs.

It was a belief that McConnell shared and soon after he took office, joined an effort to rebuild the site. McConnell along with councilman Jason Salus, borough manager Fran Marabella, public works supervisor Harvey Buek, and local resident Brian Tobin, worked hard towards reworking the site. I joined some meetings at the beginning of the process, to help define the new website.

On Monday, after a lot of hard work, the website went live and Conshohocken has a new, more user friendly website. The new website is much easier to navigate, more attractive, and easier for the township staff to update.

The new website is a huge improvement over what was there before, and gives the borough a great platform to build on.

The Conshohocken website can be found at www.conshohockenpa.org.
