Bowling is always a hit among kids and this beautiful set of natural birch wood pins is a great way to introduce the sport to little ones. Each Skittles set contains 10 pins and two balls which come in a cloth bag for safe keeping.

Toy name:                       Skittles Bowling Game
Manufacturer:                  Camden Rose
Recommended age:        Any age
Price:                               $24.99 through amazon.com

Kids might not have the patience to roll the ball three times in order to knock all the pins down, after all, it’s much easier to knock them over with their hands. But setting up the pins is also part of the fun and with these high quality pins, it is easier for little hands to grasp these and secure them on the ground. These are much sturdier than some of the lesser quality plastic and stuffed animal bowling sets on the market.

Each week I will feature a creative, imaginative and fun toy that has been kid-tested and approved.
