'90210's' Jennie Garth joins husband Peter Facinelli for 'New Moon' premiere

“90210” actress Jennie Garth said she was happy to be “arm candy” on the red carpet with husband Peter Facinelli for the “Twilight Saga: New Moon” premiere on Monday night.

Facinelli plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the “Twilight” films. The couple was spotted together on the red carpet for the premiere at Mann’s Village Theater in Westwood, CA, where thousands of fans lined up to see the stars of the film.

Garth spoke about her excitement of going to the premiere to E! News over the weekend.

“I'm just excited to be there and support my husband," Garth told E! "He's like the perfect Dr. Carlisle [Cullen]. I'm such a fan of the book and of the movie that I really can't picture anyone else playing Dr. Carlisle, so I'm very happy to be there on his arm. It's not about me—I'll just be arm candy that night.

"That red carpet last year was pretty intense. I'm sure it's going to be even worse this year," said Garth, speaking about the “Twilight” premiere. "Maybe I'll just stay back and let him do it. I'll wait in the car."

“New Moon” opens in theaters on November 20.
