With the inauguration of the new president taking place next week, Penn State University (in State College, PA) is introducing a new ice cream flavor, cleverly named “BaRocky Road”. It is similar to the original Rocky Road flavor, but with more chocolate swirl and chocolate-covered peanuts added into vanilla ice cream.

Two other related flavors that were also created are “Biden Berry” (a raspberry parfait ice cream) and “Obama White House” (created from Penn State Creamery’s original White House flavor made of vanilla ice cream, along with maraschino cherries). The three flavors will be served at an inaugural ball in Washington, which will be hosted by Pennsylvania officials.

Unfortunately, there have been no plans as of yet to offer “BaRocky Road” to the public.
