See True Blood's creator Alan Ball and cast members Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin, Alexander Skarsgård and Sam Trammell at Scream 2009.

Spike has declared this "The Year Of The Vampire", which is why the cast of Twilight will make an appearance at Scream 2009. That includes Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, all nominated for Scream Awards along with Ashley Greene, Cam Gigandet, and the cast as a whole. There will also be an exclusive world premiere of footage from New Moon, due out in theaters on November 20th.

But that is certainly not all when it comes to fangs at Scream 2009. Those with a taste for a more, say, adult version of the vampire mania will have their share with the creator and cast from HBO's True Blood, since Spike has confirmed that Alan Ball, Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin, Alexander Skarsgård and Sam Trammell and others will be on hand at the awards show.

True Blood is nominated for Best TV Show, and the cast is up for Best Ensemble. Individually, Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin, engaged in real life, are nominated for Best Horror Actor and Best Horror Actress, respectively. Ryan Kwanten is also up for Best Horror Actor. Rutina Wesley is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, and Nelsan Ellis for Best Supporting Actor. Sam Trammel is up for Breakout Performance - Male, and Alexander Skarsgård for Best Villain. Finally, the song "Bad Things" by Jace Everett is nominated for Scream Song of the Year.

Scream 2009, which honors "the best in fantasy, sci-fi, comics and horror," air on October 27th at 10pm EST on Spike. Fans can go online to cast their votes.
