Renee Melton is a Registered Dietitian and Director of Nutrition for Sensei, Inc. She holds advanced degrees in nutrition and has extensive experience in research, teaching and counseling. Renee is able to translate obesity research and news into information that anyone can easily apply to their lives. She believes that moderation and prevention are the keys to health and obesity prevention, and that being healthy doesn't have to be as complicated as it seems.
