Angela Minelli is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor who believes in the healing properties of fresh, organic, whole foods. Afflicted by severe anxiety and depression, she has reversed these conditions through diet and lifestyle modifications while gaining clarity and balance that resulted in optimal mental and emotional health. She pursued a career as a health counselor to fulfill her passion of teaching people the same life-saving skills to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Angela received her training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and offers individual and group health counseling and is also a workshop presenter. Additionally, she is a Board Certified member of The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Angela can be reached for health consultations and support at her website.
