StrollerFit is a circuit-training workout that alternates 5-7 minutes of cardio moves and strength segments using straps, bands, and the gravity of your stroller to work all of your muscles. You will burn fat, tone muscles, build cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, and most of all have fun with your baby. Don't worry about being in shape, StrollerFit is for all levels of fitness.

What to bring to class:
1. Water for you and your baby
2. Exercise mat or towel
3. Snack and toy for baby
4. Sturdy stroller (does not need to be a jogging stroller). If you are pregnant and awaiting the arrival of your baby, you can either workout with an empty stroller or NO stroller at all.
5. Sunscreen for you and your baby.
The first class is always FREE!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register and receive your loaner equipment. Not only will you get an incredible workout designed by a Personal Trainer, StrollerFit members also receive nutritional guidance, free group personal training days (one on one for just moms), free running groups and much more.
