Although some of us are much more familiar with the Access Group than we would like to be, this is one opportunity to get something back from one of the largest higher education lending organizations out there.

To take advantage of the "My Inspiration" law school scholarship, you'll have to act fast, as the deadline, noted in a July 6 press release, is July 15. Relax though, no long essays or or nominations required. The Access Group is doing this one web 2.0 status.

Submissions for the scholarship will include video submissions. Here, law students are encouraged to "think about what motivated them to pursue a legal career and create a short video showing the world the source of their enthusiasm." With up to $10,000 as a scholarship, creating a very inspiring inspiration video could be very rewarding.

If you know anything about video contests like this, you'll know that the top entries will be featured on YouTube and viewers will vote in the winner, with five runners up landing scoholarships of $1,500. If you're great at online marketing and creating a buzz of traffic as support, this could be a good one.
