Continued from Part 1...

E: - If you buy the product for a Reception hall floor, or walls, etc., do you have to get permission from the hall normally?

HM:  Our vinyl is made to be removed, not reused, safely from most surfaces.  Halls, Churches...Yes, they like to see our product and make sure that it can be removed with out damage.  This is a good idea because it always depends on the surface type...As a demonstrator, we want to be sure that the surface is safe for removal.  (Uppercase Living cannot gaurantee 100% that damage will not occur)

E: - What happens to the lettering after the event?

HM:  The vinyl is simply peeled off and  thrown away!  If UL has been put on toasting glasses, or another "keepable" surface, it can stay on for years!

E: - The next step for a lot of people after marriage is having children...describe how your product can be used in the home and for baby's rooms, etc.

HM:  Uppercase is a great way to enhance the home! In fact, that is why our product was first created! When applied to a wall, UL gives the look of "hand painted" at a fraction of the cost! We now offer an "etched glass" color which, when applied to glass, looks as if it was hand carved into the glass itself!  Childrens rooms and baby rooms are another favorite with UL!  We have so many designs and phrases to choose from!  The baby's name in a scriptive font over the crib is a very popular item!
.
E: - Talk a little about the economy in Michigan, and how your product is a cost-saving way to really enhance the wedding.

HM:  With everyone tryiong to save money today, UL is such a creative way to add a unique touch without breaking the bank.  An elegant momagram on a marble tile near the cake table can add a beautiful touch for under $10.00!  Your guests will rave about it!  Having your names on the dance floor is another inexpensive way to have your guests saying "wow"!  UL also does home parties earning a bride "product credit" which she can use towards her Wedding Decor package!  Friends and Family love UL as well, and our home parties are a "craft night" more than a traditional home based business party.  Everyone leaves with new decorating ideas for thier homes as well as a craft project they make themselves using UL sample words.  It is a great way to get together before the wedding for a ladies night out!!

E: - Say a bride is interested in using your service.  Describe the process she would go thru from the initial point of contact thru the wedding.

HM:  A bride would first visit my website:  http://believe356.uppercaseliving.net
She could preview our product, browse previous wedding pictures, get an idea of what we offer.  Then, she could call or email myself to set up a free consultation. I could meet her at her choice of location: hall, church, home, etc. We would then discuss the different possibilities as well as budget!  I would come up with a package and then meet again, or send online.  Most of our items only take 2-3 weeks to arrive!  It is that simple!
