Tumblr for the past couple of days has launched a rivalry contest of types. Sharks VS. Cats is a Tumblarity contest between the two teams. You get your choice of which ever team you want to be part of. When you join a team they put a wrapper around your avatar that looks like a shark or a cat. The contest is getting feirce though. As of this posting sharks are down. But not out.
The contest seems to be more or less all in good fun. Something to get a little more participation out of tumblr users and bring the interest back to their "Tumblarity" feature. This almost reminds me of the color wars last year on twitter. But if you have a tumblr account, choose your side, and choose it well. Let's get our Tumbl on!
