Kathy Shattler graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Human Ecology and an M.S. in Human Nutrition. She also spent two years doing post-graduate work in Human Nutrition with an emphasis in Obesity and Education. Having come from a small town in Michigan not too far from Detroit, she is an avid Michigan fan despite the frigid cold winters. Her current hobbies focus around seeing patients as a medical nutrition therapist and as the Director of an online continuing education division for Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians. She is married, lives at home with her grown daughter, husband and Lilly the cat. Her favorite TV. shows are “24”, Ghost Whisperer, House, Criminal Intent and Bones. “ Kathy is currently the Director of the Dietitian and Nutrition Division at Ceu4u.Com, a continuing educational online management company for Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Registered Dietetic Technicians (DTRs).
