The new XBOX experience is coming November 19 and will feature a "community games" channel. This new channel will be our access to those XNA titles we've heard so little about (gamefest being the last time we got any details). In a recent interview Major Nelson had this to say:

When the New Xbox Experience is available on November 19th, a whole new way to experience games will be available. The Xbox LIVE Community Games Channel, powered by the , XNA creators club is going to allow aspiring developers to share their creations with the 14–million Xbox LIVE members.

For those who don't know about XNA a short run down has been provided: XNA is a  tool set with which anyone can create an XBLA game, submit it to their peers, have it published, and have a shot at making some cash. You will of course have to be a member of the XNA Creators Club which will run you about 50 bucks for a four month membership or 100 for a year. The up side of paying to put out your XNA games? The turn around is only 48 hours instead of the more lengthy Microsoft certification process other XBLA titles must undergo. You will also be allowed to set your own price point; 2, 4, or 8 hundred MS points (2.50, 5, or ten dollars) and 70 percent of the royalties are yours... The other 30 percent belongs to Microsoft.
