According to officials, the arraignment for James von Brunn has been delayed for another week. Von Brunn is accused of shooting and killing a security guard at the U.S Holocaust Memorial Museum last Wednesday.

Von Brunn was injured in the attack and remains in critical but stable condition at George Washington University Hospital.  The arraignment has been delayed since it's been determined that Von Brunn is currently not healthy enough to be arraigned. A follow up hearing is scheduled for Monday morning.
