
Friday June 12: Hands On Social Media, sponsored by Microsoft Office Live and hosted by Gwen Bell of Kirtsy. A free get together aimed at showing ways of making your online life easier, smarter, and definitely more interesting. Register for your free ticket, or just get along to The Cup at 1521 Pearl Street, Boulder from 7pm to 9pm.
Saturday Jun 13: Hands On Social Media hits Denver, so if you’re busy Friday, make it down to the big smoke on Saturday for more Kirtsy-sponsored social media love. Saturday’s event is the same structure as Friday, except it runs from 9am to 11am. Register for your free ticket, or just get along to The Curtis Hotel, 1405 Curtis Street, Denver.
Tuesday June 16: Boulder/Denver New Tech Meetup will have five companies take the stage. Each presents for five minutes and then handles five minutes of questions. From 6pm-8pm at Tivoli 900 Auraria Parkway, Denver. It's free, but turn up on time to get the best seats.
Also, Tuesday will see the iVolunteer team meetup from 6pm-9pm up at the Van Heyst Group, 719 Walnut Street, Boulder. This group meets every Tuesday and is aimed at building a location-aware iPhone app, WordPress plug-in and Facebook app as a community effort.
Finally, Tuesday is also the evening for Startup Drinks and BioBeers at Twisted Pine from 6pm-9pm.
Wednesday June 17: If you survived Tuesday’s shenanigans, then you might need a coffee this morning. Wednesday is made completely of Ruby. Head down to The Cup at 1521 Pearl Street, Boulder for Ruby Code and Coffee from 8.30am to 9.30am.
If morning is not going to work for you, get along to Creative Intellect’s offices at 1433 Pearl St, Suite 200, Boulder from 7pm to 9pm for the Boulder Ruby group. This group meets regularly on the third Wednesday of each month.
