According to WENN news, Keanu Reeves has been bitten by the molecular gastronomy bug after reading Herve This's pioneering book, Molecular Gastronomy: Exploring the Science of Flavor. Reeves is quoted as saying, "I'm dabbling in it and looking at becoming a chef. He is fantastic. I didn't really cook before but this book may be changing my life."
