Josh Groban's rep told People mag: "Josh and Katy are very close friends and hang out, but they are not a couple."
However, Katy Perry's close friend Perez Hilton is calling Groban out on his Twitter saying he is now on his sh*t-list for denying his relationship with Katy.
Who to believe? Are these two really dating? Is Groban scared dating Perry will ruin his reputation?
