Jennifer lip synched at the Super Bowl.

Jennifer Hudson lip synched The Star-Spangled Banner at Sunday night’s 43^rd Super Bowl in Tampa, FL. This marked the first appearance by the actress, singer and Oscar winner since the murder of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew in October.

"This was such an important performance, because it's the first time everyone has seen Jennifer," said the show's producer, Ricky Minor. There are too many variables to go live. I would never recommend any artist go live, because the slightest glitch would devastate the performance”

Minor also told US Weekly that Jennifer asked him how she did at the end of the performance to what the responded “Touchdown.”
