A Gossip Girl spinoff will soon hit your TVs.
Spotted: A Gossip Girl spin-off in the works! It looks like some Upper East Siders might be competing for the spotlight.
The CW 11 is considering making an upcoming episode of the glamorous show a try-out pilot for a spinoff featuring one of its main characters. Would Serena and Blair have a catfight over this one? Would the attention center on womanizer Chuck? No news yet with the show being on its early stages. There is one sure thing, Upper East Side wannabe, Little J, won’t be getting a popularity boost. Yes, there have been rumors about Taylor Momsen’s character, Jenny Humphrey, getting her own show, but sources tell Variety that the show won’t be based on The It Girl novel, the book spinoff of Gossip Girl.
So who would finally settle in the spot of Queen bee? We’ll wait and see.
