Understanding where our food comes from is no longer an intuitive exercise for most people. We're very disconnected from what we eat. Add to that the huge agribusiness need to make money regardless of impact on public health and you get a healthcare crisis.
This issue is so important; we all need to learn more. We need to understand what we are feeding ourselves and our children, where our food comes from. What are we creating for our future if we don't? Obesity, diabetes, cardiac disease and other ailments.
