Nothing says summer in the Boston area better than fresh, tasty lobsters. On July 20th, 2009, Todd English’s award winning Charlestown restaurant Olives will be featuring a Lobster Land menu daily through August 8th, 2009. Olives has a great location, just minutes from Boston, overlooking City Square Park. They are known for their bold, well executed Mediterranean cuisine and their astounding ambiance.

The Olives summer prix fixe menu will feature 3 courses for $35 per person. Guests will enjoy their choice of one of five signature appetizers, then a 1 ¼ pound lobster served your choice of four different ways and including sides, followed by dessert. Any day of the week you can enjoy the lobster special from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is definitely a lobster deal to not be missed!

Appetizers
Summer Corn Chowder: Celery, salt pork
Grilled Tomato Bruschetta: Catalan style, cherry tomato salad & arugula
Steamed Mussels: Warn semolina polenta, Pernod, saffron, fennel
Native Tart Green Salad: Walnut vinaigrette, roasted golden beats, pecorino de peppe
Ricotta Ravioli: Pesto, summer squash, pea sprouts Fontina Spuma

1 ¼ pounds served with summer jalapeno slaw, drawn butter, creamy red bliss mashed potatoes prepared in the style of your choice:
