Birchrun Hills Farm, a highly acclaimed producer of artisan cheese and Betty's Tasty Buttons, a gourmet chocolate company specializing in fudge, will team-up for one of Tria's newest classes.

Join their "Local Luxury" class and taste the best the area has to offer. Support local producers, expand your palate, and talk shop with real chefs. Or, if you can't make the class visit Headhouse Farmer's Market & try their goods there.

Sue Miller, Birchrun's cheesemaker, will be on hand to discuss her famous Birchrun Blue and Highland Alpine varieties (paired with local craft beers) while Liz Begosh, of Betty's fame, will talk about her daring Bluesue fudge (that uses Birchrun Blue cheese, natch) and a bespoke chocolate treat made especially for this class.
