Peanut butter has superpowers:

  • It builds muscles and burns fat
  • Fights obesity, muscles loss, and even wrinkles
  • Is full of protein and monounsaturated fat
  • Satisfies, which helps control your appetite 
  • Tastes delicious

In addition to the wonderful benefits above, peanut butter is also a versatile ingredient and easy to incorporate into your diet.

  • For a sweet treat, spread peanut butter in a whole wheat pita, add honey or agave nectar, and fill with dried fruit or even chocolate chips.
  • Spread on a banana for a pre- or post-workout snack.
  • Freeze peanut butter by the spoonful for a cool and satisfying dessert.
  • Add a spoonful or two to a smoothie for added protein, fat, and good taste. 
  • Melt two tablespoons then mix with soy sauce for a delicious dipping sauce.
