Hosuton's Art on Water presentation, an Art Colony Association project, has announced its call for entries for the October festival. Local artists can submit static or kinetic installations that go along with the theme of Art on Water.
The Art on Water exhibit will appear as part of the Bayou City Art Festival - Downtown from Friday - Sunday, October 9-11, at the City Hall Reflection Pond in Hermann Square.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, September 18. Projects must be able to float and be weighted with plastic weights. The base of each project cannot exceed 6 feet, but there is no height restriction.
