Hamburgers in the backyard has a whole new meaning
in our neighbourhood.

Wether you are just having a barbecue for family, your neighbours, or the whole block, it is that time of year.  It's time to loosen up our schedules, and routines (just a little), spend more time in the great outdoors, and cook and eat on the back porch, in the back yard, at the local park, anywhere under the sun.

Here is a round-up of some local chef's recipes and barbecue menu ideas to inspire you with some of yours.

Menu inspirations

Tim Wiechmann's seasonal and elegant barbecue.

Stephen True's smokin' hot barbecue.

Mark Sapienza's tastes of summer barbecue.

Jeff Tenner's totally legal seafood barbecue.

Earl Anthony Morse's sound bites from Maine barbecue.

Lawrence Klang's seafood three ways barbecue.

Scott Richardson's something for everyone barbecue.

Recipes
