Late night wars: Conan's Tonight Show beats Letterman in week 4

The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien scored a ratings win over Late Show With David Letterman for the week of June 22-26.

The Tonight Show also won the week by a 77 percent margin in adult 18-49 viewers.

And Conan's ratings success is helping his late-night buddy: Late Night with Jimmy Fallon beat CBS' Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in 18-49 viewers by a 74 percent margin last week, up from a 60 percent margin the previous week. In total viewers, Jimmy's 1.769 million beat Ferguson's 1.576 million.

Other stats from NBC:

The median age of Conan's audience last week was 47.3, more than 10 years younger than Letterman's 57.5.

At 11:35 p.m.:
NBC/Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien: 4.4 million viewers
CBS/Late Show: 3.8 million viewers
ABC/Nightline: 3.8 million viewers
