A Democratic senator has collapsed at the inaugural luncheon. There are mixed reports coming out, that it may be either Ted Kennedy, who has been suffering from brain cancer, or Robert Byrd, the longest seated senator.  As more comes out I will update this entry. Paramedics were called in, and hopefully we will soon learn more.

UPDATE 2:58pm

CNN has reported Kennedy suffered a long seizure, and that Senator Byrd may have suffered from a health issue simultaneously.

UPDATE:

Contrary to reports, Senator Byrd was not ill at all, but disturbed by Kennedy's illness and left the luncheon.
