Jose Andres - CIA website World's of Flavor, Spain

Spain has long captivated us. From the first paella, to discovery of tapas, to watching flamenco here in Boston. There is something in the soul of things Spanish that speaks to us.

José Andres (pictured) is not only an innovative, award-winning chef and restauranteur, he is an enthusiastic ambassador for his home country. If you haven't seen it yet you must watch the PBS show "Made in Spain." The Made in Spain website is fun and shows you the energy of the show as well as points you to local showtimes.

Has there been a more enthusiastic teacher than Andres? I'd have to go back to Julia.

In conjunction with the Culinary Institute of America, Andres has launched a new site promoting the flavors of Spain. CIA has designed this website, Worlds of Flavor Spain, to be a comprehensive resource for anyone interested in Spanish food and wine. It is an outgrowth of the CIA's focus on the prominence of Spain's culinary world and the increasing popularity of her many regional cuisines.

Anyone interested in the food of Spain will be delighted to explore both websites.
